The was a residential development in Northampton UK. We redesigned an existing three bedroom typical British house into a maisonette. This was done by extending the house four meters into the Garden create more volume area for user's desired spaces.

The Garage space was converted into a double volume space, with the living room as the ground floor and the master's en-suit on the floor above.

The Entrance space was also redesigned in an elegant american style, giving it a more grande appeal; therefore making the building stand out from the rest uniform looking buildings.
